A particle accelerator is ...
... a key to the microcosm.
Companies and project as well as managers are systems representing their own microcosm, too.
These systems also need a key. very often, this key is «hidden» in expectations.
As an expectation manager, I am specialized in finding these key(element)s.
What is a particle accelerator?
For each use, there is a fitting acceleration model. Significant advancements have been made by experimental particle physics since they managed to let particles collide head on in accelerators. This happens in so called colliders. There, the whole energy of the particles can be used in the generation of new and heavier particles.
What is valid in physics, is also valid in coaching.
When we move the smallest elements and often make them collide, then the whole system starts to move. In coaching, I often work with systemic question to effect new views, insights and changes through collisions.
Sometimes it need a collider to get things back on track. In a manner of speaking, as an expectation manager I feed the collider with various expectations in order to let the existing energy be used in new and sustainable ways.
