«I am a Coach with heart and soul. I love change. It is one of the few constant factors in today's world. This poses enormous challenges for the development processes of people and organisations. It is my task to guide these processes. As a coach, I empower people and organisations to not only accept this change but to learn to thrive in it. Change is the teacher who put the right challenges before them at the right time. Identifying and embracing these challenges is my core competency. – As a consultant, I also have the ability to bridge the gap between economics, management and applied psychology in a pragmatic and hands-on manner.»
